The PILOT V8 series double-sided flying probe tester overcomes the limitations of horizontal systems. Its innovative vertical architecture allows for simultaneous probing on both sides of the Unit Under Test (UUT), significantly increasing test throughput and flexibility. The system ensures fast, precise, and repeatable probing while providing full access to all mobile resources for comprehensive testing.
With capabilities including in-circuit testing, functional testing, power-on functional testing, on-board programming, boundary scan, thermal testing, LED testing, and laser warpage compensation, the PILOT V8 delivers efficiency and reliability for modern electronics manufacturing.
